June 5, 2023 – The Town of Hampton is proud to announce the launch of the bciti+ Intelligent Citizen Services Platform.

Following in the footsteps of Quebec, Alberta and Ontario, the adoption of bciti+ by a first city in New Brunswick brings us one step closer to the digital transition of all cities in Canada.

Used by more than 70 cities and municipalities across Canada, including Brossard, Bonnyville, Magog, Vaudreuil-Dorion and Casselman, the bciti+ Platform facilitates simple, fast and secure access to a multitude of services in a multitude of cities on ONE APP.

Subscription is simple and free for citizens, and provides access to personalized information on everything from waste management to city news and boil-water notices. The secure digital citizen card allows access to the swimming pool or library, as well as registering for a leisure class or reserving a tennis court.

The orchestration of civic and urban services is made possible by the data platform, which can easily interface with existing systems.  This gives access to all usage data and displays it on a dashboard, enabling cities to make informed decisions and anticipate citizens' needs.
